Kari Aryeh
Kari started her yoga journey in 2013 and has been dedicated yoga practitioner ever since. She was so impressed with her own transformation through yoga and sound healing that she decided to follow the draw she had found to the practice and enrolled in a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher training in Bali. Now she’s teaching regular classes in East London always bringing it back to the deeper current within. Sonic complexity shines through her otherworldly vocal takes, exposing clearly her desire for experimentation.
Kari taps into the sub-conscious achieving something transcendent with her musical self-fashioning. Her sound borrows from the pockets of the ambient, tribal, folk and hymnal aspects in an impressive and forward-thinking manner. Blending her voice with all sorts of instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes and koshi bells Kari seamlessly integrates her technical skill with alternative world-building prowess revealing her combined confidence and sensitivity when it comes to the creative process and sound healing.

Octavia is a Breathwork Therapist and life coach based between London and Somerset. Since 2017, she has trained in America, the UK and Ireland in various modalities of Breathwork including Oxygen Advantage and Conscious Connected Breathwork. Octavia is determined to reaffirm inner empowerment in the day-to-day experiences of her clients by using simple, effective and accessible avenues for people to unearth the multitude of benefits of breathwork.
Octavia spends her days teaching her clients to reconnect to the power of their breath to help relieve emotional issues, improve physical health and connect more deeply to their inner wisdom and the beautiful world we live in. She is determined to help people connect back to the power they have inside – their breath — and in doing so connect back to themselves and our beautiful planet.

March Russell is a London based certified breathwork coach and founder of Mood 360 - a specialist breathwork app dedicated to restoring, managing and transforming your mental and physical health.
Specializing in Nervous System Regulation, March provides scientifically-backed breathing tools to improve nervous system resilience and flexibility; improving sleep quality, energy levels, stress and anxiety. He works with clients on a personalized One-To-One basis, and has worked with companies like Google, Schroders and Tesla to build resilience, ease stress, and boost performance within their teams.
